I’m shocked that there isn’t more French. I feel like everything below 23rd st is Italian or French.
fredo 06.30.10i’m shocked the east village is indian. i live in the ‘hood, and have counted between 16-18 indian places, which are of course on or around 6th street. but there are definitely more italian places than indian, especially if you count pizza.
heather 06.30.10Thai restaurants on 9th avenue in Hells Kitchen??
nyc_exile 07.01.10heather – that block of Indian is Murray Hill. East village is Japanese and Italian.
erin 07.01.10Wait, did you move Ktown to the west side?
imelda 07.01.10Um….Imelda? Koreatown IS on the west side.
Westsider 07.01.10This is pretty cool! I would have guess a couple like Mexican in East Harlem and Indian in Murray Hill (I mean Curry Hill) but Argentine in UES? Never would have guessed!
